1. Service-Based Refunds
01. The project has not been initiated within 7 days of payment.
02. You cancel before any work has been delivered and no significant resource or time has been spent.
2. No Refunds in the Following Cases
01. Change of mind after project initiation
02. Delays due to lack of communication or necessary information from the client
03. If more than 50% of the project has been completed
04. For completed and delivered services
05. SEO, marketing, or performance-based expectations not being met due to external factors
3. Custom Work & Digital Products
Custom-coded work, graphic design, or delivered files are non-refundable once approved or transferred to the client.
4. Maintenance Plans / Subscription Services
If you are on a monthly maintenance or support plan:
You can cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once payment is processed.
